Wow… been on trains, planes, and automobiles a lot lately and have spent most of my online efforts on twitter and facebook.  Things are moving along! Our song “Place For Us” continues to have a life at radio and tv.  I am so thankful for the people who have embraced this tune and embraced Reni Lane.  Lavendi became the String Fellow Hawks and now are backing Reni on the road!  Cilla is now Cilla K and is finsihing up her debut record. Ditto with Michael Schoen.  Mixing world keeping me busy with David Gray and Black Crowes for The Artists Den on PBS. All that and Owen is growing into a big 6 year old!  Will do my best to keep in touch…keep in touch with me!

VH1 has licensed Ren Lane’s Place For Us as the theme song to there new reality show! Have a look at the preview…..pretty juicy!

Check out Ro Danishei.  I bumped into her with Reni Lane at a choreographer extraordinaire Jermaine Browne‘s ultra-chic downtown party a while back.   She’s 18 and a mad talented singer, dancer, and songwriter.  I just finished producing and writing this track “Counting Down to  Zero” with her at Flow.  Its reaaaaaaaaallllly fun!!! Turn it upppppp!

Love this pic!  Naomi McColloch shot Cilla at Flow this week.  Really amazing image.  Reminds me of Godard and “Breathless.” Cilla is such an amazing singer.  You have to check out her myspace. She and I have collaborated with Junius Bervine of N.E.R.D., Pharell, and Common.  He is the shiz. I am so lucky to have so many talented people around me to write for and produce.  Everyday i am thankful.
